Scoping and Challenge Alignment

We begin by working together over a number of sessions with key stakeholders, such as your head of marketing, sales, operations, and IT, to identify your current state (ie. How it’s done today) and the desired future state (ie. How you’d like it to be done if there were no restrictions or barriers).

Architecting the Growth Stack

I’ll take the research and feedback away to design a unique and customised stack of technologies and processes that can get us as close to the desired state as possible, whilst considering any cost, resource or time restrictions in play.

Plan and Roadmap Delivery

I’ll gather together the key stakeholders for a session where we assess and fine-tune the plan, as well as give an indication of timeframes for implementation and testing of each tool / process. Requested changes are taken on board before implementation begins to ensure your unique growth stack is on point.

Implementation

The customised stack, and surrounding processes, are then implemented and integrated with any existing systems that need to remain intact for business continuity.
