How it’s done today) and the desired future state (ie. How you’d like it to be done if there were no restrictions or barriers).

The customised stack, and surrounding processes, are then implemented and integrated with any existing systems that need to remain intact for business continuity.
The draft version of the tool implementation / process will be released to a chosen few (Champions) for feedback and user-testing
Working with Champions within each of the teams affected by any tools/process changes, I’ll ensure that the stack is fit for purpose and is optimised for day-to-day use
A full resource library is developed with, and delivered to, your Champions, including written documentation, tutorial videos, and links to external support channels.
The implementation officially comes to an end, and all users are given access to begin using the new system
